i send you two articles today vis email, get no reply.
i cant use batch spin to spin out good articles, no matter utf-8 or default format.
(from my experience ' '' - such charactors cant be spin rightly always, in batch spin.)
it shows me wrong and cant get better result.
i use default output,(error format is ANSi, not all, some of the output are utf-8 whitout BOM and works well) get:
i use utf-8 output, get
even if i use notpade++ to change utf-8 wihtout BOM format, still cant get better result.
I have sent my setting of SP3 before, it seems work if i dont use batch spin, could you help me to sovle the problem?

All i want i utf-8 without BOM format. shows correctly.
I spin utf-8 files and some of the output was not utf-8 format.
i want all my output files are utf-8 whitout bom format.
files(txt. with uft-8 format) cant be saved as utf-8 even after i set my notpad++
the problems are ' and " in articles. the problem files are saved as ANSI format, if i change the format to utf-8 wihtout bom manualy, the files cant be saved correctly. (i emailed support two days ago, hope received my letter, and my API update request there)
