Loop trying to use free proxy spider

It keeps sending email to verify and each time I try it it gives this message.

"We have saved your information and sent an email to you, please check your email and click the confirmation link. Then you can use this email to login the software. Thanks!"

Over and Over and OVer again. Please advise.....
