Upgrade SC Ultimate API account

Hi, my version of SC is ultimate version. I should be able to use the ultimate version of API, right?

But I'm current having API of free user version.

You are right, please pm me your register username on the api site and payment email for sc, I will upgrade your account.

Hello, how many queries per day will i get with ultimate sc license?

I've failed to find api documentation.

And one more question, what do u mean under queries, one word one request, if what is it limit?

As ultimate user, you will have 200 free queries per day, and 5000 words at max for every query.

I purchased SpinnerChiefIII, I want to use it with Kontent Machine; which is asking me for a username and an API.

I have created a username in via account.spinnerchief.com which asked me for my serial number and automatically upgraded me from free to Ultimate.

I logged in (http://)account.spinnerchief.com(/)Person.aspx

Noticed my ApiKey, but it is not working as I keep getting an "API Failed" when I test the connection.

I have a very large list of subscribers whom are waiting on my feedback. We are testing your product against Wordai. So far they have been very responsive, yet you have not even answered the emails I've sent to your support email address.


The first email was sent on 11/26/2014, and another one was sent today.

This is my last attempt. If you do not answer, I will request a full refund, and will notify my list we should go with your competitor since you do not support your application.
