The site of the BotChief says:

BotChief has been tested on Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2003/2008 and Windows 8; it's advisable to have a screen resolution larger than 1024x768px for optimal interface display due to the large amount of functionality. For using BotChief on Mac Computer, you need install a windows virtual machine on your Mac computer.

But I think that the developers just forgot to update the information.

Windows 10 is very similar to Windows 8 and on my girl's computer with this Windows 10 BotChief works fine. But I advise you to check the work on your configuration. Especially it is very simple and a free version is available. Installation takes 5 minutes.
