I don't get the customer service why is this so bad? And same time the apps/bots are not clear on whats needed to do tasks. Theres not a lot of helpful videos to set up correctly or about the programs. Most the videos are short and not that helpful. From what I can see the apps you have are the closest to what most want, so why make it hard for people given it looks like you have something that would sell really well if you company would do things right.
