Have you tried the latest version of BotChief Runner please?
Follow following steps to check if it works:
1, visit following link to install the latest version of WhiteHatBox APP v1.3.5

2, re install BotChief Runner first, then extract following file to replace the old file in the directory of Runner.
/editor/attached/file/20190820/20190820162358_5526.zip

This one has been fixed, you can ask the one who posted the issue in this post.
If it cannot work in your side, please extract following file to the directory of BotChief Runner to replace the old one, then re run the software to check if it works.
